The name of this web site comes from the title of an Anglican hymn written in 1848 by Cecil F. Alexander, and might have been inspired by S. T. Coleridge's poem, The Rime of the Ancient Mariner -  "He prayeth best, who loveth best; All things great and small; For the dear God who loveth us; He made and loveth all."
